What is the HEXACO Deep Dive?
The HEXACO Deep Dive is based on the IPIP-HEXACO Inventory, which is a six-dimensional model of human personality inventory created by Ashton & Lee in 2009. It is based on findings from a series of lexical studies involving several European and Asian languages. This assessment offers a holistic and very precise description of personality.
It assesses six major dimensions of personality:
- Honesty-Humility
- Emotionality
- Extraversion
- Agreeableness (versus Anger)
- Conscientiousness
- Openness to Experience
What does the Hexaco look like?
The inventory consists of 25 modules and contains 240 likert scale ratings. All in all, this test takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
