Key Responsibilities

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

• Assess the strengths, weaknesses, and interests of clients through interviews, tests, and other methods.
• Provide clients with information about different careers, educational programs, and job opportunities.
• Help clients choose career paths that suit their abilities and interests.
• Assist clients in setting goals and planning steps to reach those goals.
• Offer support and encouragement to clients throughout the career-planning process.
• Refer clients to other resources, such as books, websites, and career fairs.
• Keep up-to-date on changes in the job market and new career opportunities.
• Maintain confidential files on each client.

Qualifications and Skills

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Develop action plans to help clients achieve their desired career goals.
• Provide clients with information about various careers, educational requirements, and job opportunities
