Expressive Skill
The Expressive Skill Test is designed to measure a job candidate's ability to express themselves. The test consists of a series of questions that ask the candidate to self-evaluate their ability to perform activities such as explaining their thoughts and feelings, expressing emotions, and telling others about what is on their mind. This test can be used by employers to help identify candidates who have strong communication skills and who would be able to effectively communicate with others in the workplace.

The Expressive Skill Test is a tool that was originally developed as part of the Behavioral, Emotional, and Social Skills Inventory (BESSI). The BESSI is the most recent and exhaustive inventory to measure soft skills. It was developed by leading personality researchers, Christopher Soto and Brent Roberts. The qualities of a candidate with high test scores
