Key Responsibilities

• Train employees on how to use new computer systems and software.
• Provide technical support to employees for all computer-related issues.
• Maintain inventory of all computer hardware and software.
• Create and maintain documentation of all ExampleCorp's computer systems and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• A minimum of two years experience working in an Information Technology role.
• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• CompTIA Network+ Certification.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with Apple operating systems.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
