Enterprise Account Director

The Enterprise Account Director at ExampleCorp is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. This role is based in our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia and reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of sales representatives, developing and managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

  • End-to-end management of ExampleCorp’s relationship with assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Developing and executing account plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading an account team consisting of account managers and account executives.
  • Maintaining frequent contact with assigned accounts and being the main point of contact for the customer.
  • Identifying new business opportunities with assigned accounts and driving the sales process from start to finish.
  • Managing escalations and working with other teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

  • Developing and managing a team of Enterprise Sales account managers and executives.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with large enterprises.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise customers.
  • Managing enterprise sales targets and quotas.
  • Developing and executing enterprise sales plans.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to enterprise account managers and executives.
